What are your business hours?
We operate within normal weekly business hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. You can easily reach our office via phone, email and text. Email and text are preferred.

What is a Transaction Coordinator?
A remote Transaction Coordinator (abbreviated as TC) uses software workflows to manage the details involved in closing a real estate transaction. The remote transaction coordinator monitors the process from opening escrow to closing.

Are my files secure and confidential?
We do not share your private information with anyone. Our system keeps your transaction data secure and is only accessible to users granted permissions.

How will I know what is happening with my transaction?
You will have access to our agent portal. All documents are uploaded and updated as they are received. You can also reach Alissa during business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm)

Will you contact my clients directly?
It’s up to you! However, we find it is most efficient if we contact your client directly. You will be kept in the loop on communication. And remember, we are an extension of you!

What if my deal falls through?
We understand that sometimes, deals just don’t work out. If we have initiated the file, you will only be responsible for $50 for initiation of services. If your client finds another property within 30 days, we will happily credit $50 to the new file for services already paid.

When do you get paid?
For contract to close services, you will be invoiced at closing and payment is due within 72 hours. For pre-listing services, you will be invoiced when the listing goes active.

Do you offer any extra admin services? What if I want you to help with something not on your services list?
We will happily schedule a complimentary one-on-one consultation to discuss any additional ways that we can help you, providing you with a custom and tailored package! Additional services will be billed monthly. Fees will be discussed during the consult.
